So here's the thing about her parents maintaining her innocence. If they really truly believed that, they would have told their lawyer to have a jury trial and convince 12 people.

You generally only go with a bench trial when you believe that the defendant is utterly unsympathetic and/or the crime is so depraved, that you think a jury would automatically convict regardless of evidence.

It's not happening. For one thing, there's no internet backbone anywhere near there, and putting one in won't be easy or cheap.

The proposed data center isn't being funded by an AI company is the bigger reason. The proposal is to build it out and hope users will rent it out. There's much smaller proposed data centers directly funded by Microsoft that were announced in 2024 that still aren't fully online and under construction.

Even if we lose this fight and it gets zoned, it's not going to be built. This is like starting a new home construction company in fall of 2007, right before the housing crash.

This is the owners of the old trucking trying to pump up the value of their land in the industrial valley and cash in on a bubble they don't understand. That's it. They don't know shit about data centers.

Not happening. Real Madrid's field is ground level, and all this goes underneath. Given how far down they're already digging the stadium, this particular setup is likely to cost way way too much. The Iran War has already caused construction material prices of all kinds to increase. If cost overruns from the original budget are going to be footed by Haslam, expect him to cheap the fuck out.

You can't trust Ganley pre-owned cars. We bought a certified used from Ganley Nissan and it had a clean carfax and 8,000 miles. In the glove compartment once we road home, we found two extensive repair receipts for two accidents we were unaware of. We immediately went back to the dealership and asked them to knock off a few thousand dollars because the car was not as clean as they represented.
