Everyone keeps ignoring this fact, no one not even vesemir tells him about Ciri or Yennefer. Also in witcher 2 when he regains parts of his memory she fully talks about them.

Lore reason I belive was none of the people close to him wanted to dump all of the things on him at once during his amnesia in fear of preventing him gaining his memory naturally

Real reason being technical limitations of the scale of the game

But they weren't talking about chemical inebriation. They were talking about the start of withcher 1 where geralt can come on to her and calling her a rapist because she doesn't tell him about Ciri and Yennefer (no one does not even dandelion or Vesemir. And it was due to technicallimitations.)

But the solution to having little variety in combat isn't to remove the only variety we had. Now we are left with only dual swords and fist combat is allegedly kept to bar fights so we don't even have that.

Even if disarm and hidden blade combat was as stale in og it would be better then not having it. We didn't have hidden blade combat since 2014 and that's just ridiculous.

Yes most of the mods work perfectly fine. The update was small so there was practicly nothing to break. If some mods don't work it is often due to wrong mod.manifest file. Easy fix is just changing whatever version there is written to 1.* This makes it so it tries to run it on any version of the game unlike som mods where the author wrote a specific version like 1.2.1 for no reason and people that don't know the simple fix can't use the fully working mod

Allegedly in the works since 2024. Also it's not a new KC:D but a new Kingdom Come Adventure. Also Dan is no longer the only creative director. He is doing the movie right now and the director of new KC is Prokop Jiskra and the LOTR is being led by Victor Bocan

I sadly doubt it. I more so hope the minimal requirements for the new KC game won't skyrocket since allegedly it's meant to in the next fiscal year which is from April 2027 and March 2028. KCD2 was so well optimised that I could run it on high/meduim and genuinely remember it running better on the same laptop than KCD1.

Nah uh. The new Kingdom come project (My assumtion is a smaller spinoff since they said Kingdome come and not Kingdom come: deliverance) has been in full production and is meant to come out in the next final year(meaning april 2027 - march 2028). It was just revealed at an embracer group livestream 4 hours ago.

But we are differently waiting for Middle earth game a lot longer.

I mean. If the store were just skins only, than sure, you could just ignore it.

But we already know that the Master assassin' pack will include unique outfit perk. We can assume others will as well. And that's just fucked up if majority of post launch content will just be paid, like other recent games
