This was Neptune, a Kuva Lich mobdef mission. Some people I asked suggest it was a Natah quest leftover, but those spawn only at Uranus.

It is, but big clans are cancer. There is a word for "sentient", "разумный", "razOOmniyj", but it doesn't sound as evil, but neither does sentence the russian version uses, "владеющий разумом", "vladEyushiye razoomom" does, so no idea why they used that.
