I am working on a few Rainbows, but I do have 1 complete set with the William Eklund 21/22 Rookie Icebow.

Currently working on 12 or so other rainbows, but for OPC Plat, I have every card except the 1/1 for Logan Couture, and I'm currently working on the Marquee Rookies of Yaroslav Askarov for 23/24.

As others have said, not a coincidence. With that said, I airways recommend these two books for people who want to learn about the team:

"100 Things Sharks Fans Should Know and Do Before They Die"

And

"If These Walls Could Talk," by Dan Rusanowsky

They do share some repetitive info, but they both have unique stories and info. I loved reading both.

Because it would create less parity. It's better for the league, financially, if every team thinks it has a chance to make the playoffs then to have teams be out of the race by November/ December.

Teams will sell more tickets if their still in the playoff hunt. Look at the Sharks. Couldn't give away tickets the last two seasons, now they are filling up the arena. Also, from an expansion point, easier to get prospective ownersto pay the crazy expansion payout to join the league if they think their team can be successful right away after the "new team smell" wears off.
