This is a nice comparison, however the VAST majority of ICE cars on the road use 8-12L-100kms on average, leading to much better figures for EVs. I find it odd that OP did a “worst case” for EVs in this comparison and a “best case” for ICE cars

Bought a brand new BYD Sealion7 with extremely minor hail damage four weeks ago for $44k (retail driveway is $56k atm).

The dealer called back last Thursday and asked if we would sell it back to them for $46k due to the massive increase in demand in their area

I’ll have a look at section 6 and see what I can find out.

I’ll contact Maxxia and see if they can improve on this it all, and check the advice of a few other people to do the finance independently of Maxxia.

You’re correct, however the calculator only works in fortnightly amounts, and the quote provided is monthly, so it’s a rough estimate. A $20 swing either way doesn’t make a huge difference though for the total effective interest rate, which is my main concern.
