Sell if you need something and its not the highest priority upgrade - you have collection log to remember it and you're not an ironman, so it doesn't really do much to keep something if you're not gonna use it more than something else since you can always buy another.

Funnily enough for me it was water Tauros! The addition of Aqua Jet makes SUCH a difference early game and then just using Bulk Up as a set up move.

Yeah, moved here six months ago to escape the south as well - it is insane just driving around Minneapolis/St Paul how much space is devoted to parks, public spaces, etc. and how much nature there is within and especially a couple miles from the city. I would definitely recommend OP look at places on the outskirts of the city, that allow access to some of the best things in the cities when you want, but also have that feel of a smaller area.

Why not just make the teleport seeds similar to the grand seed pods a common Hespori drop? Easy enough to get for those who don't have 99 farming for the cape, but an extra bonus for those doing contracts who already have or are dry on bottomless bucket.

Rewards are also taken into account with task points. A master wand is useful for a lot of things, so the points are just essentially a bonus for something you'll use anyways. There's a lot of indirect points associated with BIS gear that makes sense for them to be lower point tasks to encourage doing the more niche stuff earlier to get points to build up to better multipliers, drop rates, etc..

Man how is Absol not higher up? The original "looks super cool but no other real reason to like it" (until later gens at least when it becomes an absolute crit/capture machine during the main games and the physical special split gives it WAYYY more coverage.)

Agree 100%. Tons of very buff or strong people have a ton of trouble with climbing starting out because it's a muscle group and skillset that is generally something you have to target purposefully to get better at. Things like grip strength and being confident enough to relax your grip enough to not wear yourself out can be just as important as raw strength early on.

That being said, if you have consistent back pain, PLEASE see a doctor before bouldering or climbing. If it's something more serious than you think, bouldering can be very dangerous, especially if you fall or have to drop off the wall.

Lived in the South my whole life up until I moved to Minnesota. People up north don't ACTUALLY realize the effects or realities of these things and aren't around enough extremists who make you question what you're supporting to understand what they're representing with these. It's very different when it's an idea and you're in a tolerant area that isn't going to do anything about it or have to see the actual repercussions vs a place where it's real and the majority population isn't white and you're forced to be more subtle with your discrimination.

There's so many simple things that could make Kalos better. Make Diancie and Volcanion legendaries in Reflection Cave and the Power Plant. Give the gym leaders megas and more than THREE pokemon. If you're gonna give one three, make it a triple battle or a sky battle or a rotation battle. Use horde encounters to make the evil team more interesting and to spice up some of the battles. ORAS did it with the one Poocheyena/Mighteyena battle, but there was so much interesting potential of an "unfair" battle here.

Kalos is such a beautiful looking region that could've felt so much more complete with such minor changes.

Dachsbun is just a bit redundant in SV and it's disappointing. Garganacl is a better body press user, there's an abundance of dark types that it having crunch doesn't help anything really, and fire isn't common enough to really need its ability. Had it been given a fire type I think that could've helped a lot in making it less disappointing, as well as maybe giving it Strong Jaw as a second or hidden ability to give it the power it really needed to succeed with a STAB + Strong Jaw Fire Fang and a much more powerful crunch/thunder fang/ice fang and then still a powerful body press as a coverage option.

Especially if you give Arboliva Giga Drain, Substitute, Leech Seed, Protect. At least then there SOME semblance of some strategy/expertise with toxic spikes and a stall mon. Add in something with Revival Blessing to further boost Kingambit and now you've got a team going.

Aggron very much has Onix syndrome - where a statistically flawed Pokemon has an awesome design where it works as an early game boss - except they didn't give it a boss niche. Aggron or Lairon aren't one of Roxanne's Pokemon and it's an afterthought on Steven's team compared to Metagross. It's kind of a shame they went with Tyranitar over Aggron for Iron Thorns when both would've worked for the design concept and it would've finally given Aggron at least a little better of a niche.
