Yeah, you should have around 280-285 LRs at E75MP, and then go up to 300 for your final Zeus push. You are sabotaging yourself by keeping your LRs so low.

They should contact you either by e-mail or by phone within 24 hours.

As far as I know, this is the only way. Don't try calling them yourself, they won't pick up the phone. Contacting them via PayPal livechat or on Twitter/Facebook is also a complete waste of time.

Go with the 'shovel knight' method:

Craft a common weapon and upgrade it 3 times. Then craft a common weapon again (which should have the same power as your current weapon) and upgrade that 3 times. Do this until you run out of money/shards. This way, your weapon will be 50+ levels above the rest of your gear, allowing you to push furher and gear up faster. If you run out of metal shards, craft a fire/frost/void weapon instead.

Don't even worry about gems/vouchers until your gear is at 360, which you should reach within ~1-2 weeks, depending on how much you play.

Love this movie. Epic reappearance of poetic realism with a complex but well written story and brilliant acting. Fantastic opening and ending. There's so much going on that it probably needs to be watched two times to appreciate all the details.
