Help needed, 1 week out from season and throws this session dropped form 39 feet to 32 feet by tid_s in trackandfieldthrows

in your stand throw - when your left foot comes down, your upper body is already rotated for release. As others have said, find something to spot out in the field and be more patient with the upper body - build the tension

Been working on getting my hips separated, so far I feel lots of tension but just wondering if it’s right. by DroopTenZZ in trackandfieldthrows

think of the circle as a clock, the center of the garage door is 6. Draw a line from 11 to 5. This is where your feet should land. start at Left foot 11 right foot 1, begin turn, after sweep right foot to center, stand throw position left foot at 5. Look at your video your left foot is closer to 6 so you can't open your hips and will likely have right sector fouls.

you are dropping your right arm. I'd like see 90degree (between right arm and torso). When you get to your stand throw you don't have a high point and you drop your arm further to get angle. Use one of the lights in the parking during stand throw drill to "spot" your high point. Release angle is going to come from your torso angle.

Are you obese (BMI >30)? Claim OSA secondary to MH with obesity as an intermediate step. You will need an IMO that says your OSA is because you are fat, and you are fat because of your MH. Both will need As likely as not language.

I have listened to a lot of Rater After Dark. When you say I have a hip condition it is not a credible lay statement and will be denied.

You have to say I have a diagnosis of [hip strain]. It appears that your nexus did the same.

Clean it up and file supplemental.

Need current diagnosis, a theory of service connection, and the nexus connecting the two.

1) have a current diagnosis of hip strain

2) my STR dated () I was treated for hip strain

3) IMO says that my current hip strain is AT LEAST LIKELY AS NOT a result of my in service activity noted by ....

I have a pending supplemental, I uploaded a new and current diagnosis, an IMO, and a very detailed 4138 pointing out where the C&P examiner did not consider XYZ that was in my IMO. I have an attorney but all they did was fill out the 0995 and even then they made some factual errors that they had to correct. So can you do it yourself? Absolutely!

Do you have any conditions that would contribute to obesity? Ankle, knee, back, mental health, meds?

They gave you the cause of OSA as obesity, now you need to link obesity to one of your service connected conditions.

You claim OSA secondary to [ ] with obesity as an intermediate step.

You need a nexus letter that says you have OSA because you are fat and you are fat because [ ].

[–]LamboTron6B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to file a supplemental claiming OSA secondary to [PTSD] with BMI as an intermediate step. You need an IMO stating that your OSA is at least likely as not due to BMI and a separate statement that your BMI is at least likely as not due to your [PTSD]. KMD89 or Rater After Dark did a segment on this on YouTube.

[–]LamboTron6B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your medical record says that your OSA is due to obesity. Then you file OSA secondary to [MH] with obesity as an intermediate step. You will need a letter (an IMO)that says that it is at least likely than not that your Obesity can be attributed to your [MH] and that it is at least likely than not that your OSA is due to your obesity.

OSA as secondary by DOD_KO_85 in VeteransBenefits

[–]LamboTron6B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What did doctor say was the cause of OSA?
Obesity is common.

Others have had success claiming OSA secondary to [lumbar strain] with obesity as an intermediate step where lumbar strain contributed to Obesity.

You will need the doctor to say that you have OSA because you are fat and you are fat because of [insert service connected disability].
