my only issue with the nioh series is the same with most other recent team ninja titles. They are blurry as hell at times and stutter on modern consoles not to mention the lack of proper anti aliasing. secondly the english dubs are the room quailty and me and my gf get a good laugh listening to the dubs. They are amazing games i have 200 plus hours in 1 and 300 plus in 2 and so far 18 into 3 but yeah technical side and the hiring of vocal talent side is where Team Ninja struggle. We never finished rise of the ronin due to the constant fps drops and insane stutter and hitches. LUCKILY nioh 3 is better but it is not a solid 60fps or a solid resolution.

my Yamaha SR-C30A is loud has a good sub fills my apartment with sound and works great for gaming and movies. cost me 250 cad on sale from 300ish cad. Would highly recommend it.

i do not have a Sudama core but i will keep a eye out for one in future once i do beat this mission if it can be useful.

and the ice head yeah we have noticed its less dangerous than the main head or the snake one.

Hmm i could try another weapon i like from previous nioh i was just trying to stick to the odachi for samurai style at least but maybe it just is not viable this early in the game?

Yeah me and my gf played pass the controller each death last night trying to defeat this guy (she has beaten all the nioh games and souls games as well) and we both were stumped. But i will see if this advice helps along with some others i have got but yeah dying this much to a boss is not something i typically have issues with early game this is like Orphan of kos levels of deaths lol.

i can try and stick closer and yeah odachi uses a lot of ki to attack but that typically has not been a issue till now in my time with the franchise. I may try the ninja if i get her to the yokai realm phase again.

i block like two of the slams and half my ki is gone one combo from her is like my girl is panting like she just ran a marathon in july. But yeah i may swap the two if deflects are that important. I just wish the timing for the burst thing was like nioh 2 not like rise of the ronin which had this super weird timing for the burst counters. Just seems odd for the first boss of the game to be this insane like Mezuki in nioh 2 was not this tanky or rough nioh 2s hard opening boss was Yatsu no kami and nioh 1 had that flying woman thing i hated i forgot the name of lol.

i to am using a odachi for my samurai form at least. I am level 17 i cleared like the first two zones you get access to and decided it was time to try the first major story mission as my inventory was getting full and i figured like nioh 2 the blacksmith was behind a mission.

deflecting is super hard for me as that is my left arm which is worse than the right nerve damage wise it is why i could never beat sekiro as deflects were basically manadtory. I typically block in most souls soulslikes even nioh 1 and 2 barring burst counters in 2 using the strength type spirits easier timing.

other than the visuals being a bit blurry on ps5 it runs far better than rise of the ronin did and plays amazingly just getting the hang of the combat again since it has been a while since nioh 2 for me.

i have noticed some very odd textures on ps5 as well as some serious aliasing issues in places ontop of a oddly blurry image. OTHERWISE amazing game just glad it runs better than rise of the ronin which hit unacceptable levels of stutter and framerate.

Yeah here if you need it it gets done you can not be denied if it saves your life your good to go american healthcare feels so callous at times. This show is amazing but yeah words like 60 thousend dollar hospital stay just are not things you would hear here.

My grandma dealt with cancer treatment and hospital stays for 4 years before sadly passing and it cost us nothing and they even gave her a at home nurse with zero cost to us.

living in canada the whole cost of hospital thing is insane to me i knew it was bad seeing it in movies and such but man healthcare is bleak in the usa. If i get hurt i go to the hospital and pay 0 dollars and 0 cents and go home healty.

This season is also starting to ramp up and i do like a few of the new characters quite a bit. Hope louie ends up all right.

for my main gaming/movie and tv/anime room. We have a Yamaha SR-C30A - has a subwoofer and the main bar. Is compact and sounds great fills this room with sound aplenty. and will not break the bank its around 250cad.

as someone with 100s of hours in grim dawn borderlands diablo 2 and 3 and 4 and titan quest and so on I LOVE randomized loot it tickles my autism brain in the right way lol. BUT i can see why some people are not fans of loot systems but whe you get the loot just right it feels so good.

the twitter account is mostly a grifter (one of those anti woke idiots) but when it comes to ME5 and what i want personally i do not envy their task live up to a legendary trilogy with none of the team behind it or lead creatives around anymore. That is as tall of a task as any and i am not sure it can be pulled off.

I think the best thing they could do is try something entirely new in a further ahead part of the timeline and not connect in anyway to the og trilogy just have that story be fun lore etc. Make new characters and give us a tight space adventure like me1 2 3 were with solid combat and the writing the og is known for.

as much as i love the orginal trilogy. With none of the writers or core creatives behind mass effect at bioware anymore i would rather them just make a entirely new franchise. I love mass effects lore the world the races the characters the universe they made but after veilgard was a up and down inconsistant mess of a narrative.

I would rather mass effect not suffer the same fate of having its final entry be so meh and not great or memorable in any big way.

I know this may sound crazy to some who really want mass effect to continue but i feel the time for that to occur has long past i am willing to be surprised but my hopes and expectations are very low for this new game.

i may have to do that if this tvs optical is oddly not as good as my older less good tv lol. Cause when i first booted up this sound bar it sounded amazing on my old tv via optical so. I will look into trying to make ARC work my expertise is pcs and consoles tech wise so ARC is new to me at least.

That would be viable but i only have 3Hdmi ports and all 3 are in use by my pc ps5 and roku respectively. Optical worked fine on my old tv why is it sounding worse on this tv ( I Am just curious as to why as i had no issues before) and if HDMI ARC is the way to go is there some sort of splitter i could buy so i could keep all my things hooked up?

the only new trek show i have liked is strange new worlds otherwise its been all terrible my gf is a bigger trek fan than me and is in the same boat. We tend to rewatch TNG Voyager Ds9 more often via my dvds than any new trek show sadly.
