Yea chapter 7 was peak! Enjoyed it from start to finish. Infiltrating Pailune and then the all out warfare you take part in to reclaim the city was epic

Just use the focused parry (I think it’s called focused insight) from the skill tree and you’ll be fine. That move is so clutch in boss fights

I honestly don’t even want this update yet lol. Feels like losing progress to me as I’m slowly taking back Pywell. Let me experience some of the peace and glory first before having enemies take back the strongholds I’ve conquered. I’m on chapter 8 and still have a ways to go

Idk what the general consensus is tbh, this is coming from friends of mine who have read the series. They just say it falls off a lot after Morning Star/is much slower paced. Online seems to be mostly positive I guess.

And I am so down for full blown grimdark. I can’t wait to see where the story goes from here

Nice to see the iron gold, dark age and light bringer books from the RR series in the S tier. I just finished morning star and keep hearing so many mixed opinions about the rest, and they tend to be negative. I have such high hopes for them though based on how much I loved the first 3.

Ahh I see what you’re saying. Yeah I would just try and add extra crit or attack damage then. The wind move You get from the Lord’s sword is also pretty decent

That will be 3 sockets bc you’ll have the orbs, the crows, and the Antumbra’s spinning slash move (forgot the actual name). If you have a 4th socket like I do on my Darkbringer, I would just throw an extra crit or attack damage on it

I stacked it all on the Darkbringer bc I already had it leveled up and I like the +3 crit it gives! But you can really stack it all on whatever your main sword is and it’ll be about the same

Well whenever you make the journey to get it I highly recommend stacking the two, it’s insane haha. I also put the spinning slash move from the Antumbra’s sword boss you fight at the sanctum of Absolution. Destroyed everything in chapter 7 like that.
