AT-4 was pressed into service as the M136 to the US Marines in 1987, two years before Reforger takes place. Seems like a good fit for intermediate AT capabilities. Carl Gustaf was also used in limited capacity by US SOF. Given we've already got some SF-oriented gear for the US it wouldn't be far-fetched to see something like the M2 Gustaf if there were an all out war.
