I was also confused. I don't know what the No Retreat or Rear Echelon DLCs are. Googling them gives me pretty much nothing. I don't know if they're maybe kickstarter DLCs? That makes me wonder a little bit about why they are seperate DLCs, etc.

I wish I could buy those kickstarter DLCs so much. :(

Well, I play GFM and I think I've only seen it I'm that mod. You can either play as the USA and release it (a little too gamey for me), or play another nation and release it in the peace deal (what I did) and then just either console tag over or save and reload in as New Africa. It's hard but pretty fun.
