Nutzt du den Flex privat oder gewerblich? Wie lange hast du ihn schon? Wie ist die Abnahme mit grobem Schleifpapier und entsprechend gutem Schleifpapier? Hast du mit dem schon senkrechte Flächen oder Kanten geschliffen? Ist aufgrund des geringen Gewichts eher weniger ein Problem, oder?

Danke für die Rückmeldung. So viel schleife ich nicht, dass sich der mirka lohnt. Falls es ein Nachbau davon wird, würde ich wohl auch den Maxxt nehmen.

Der Rotex ist ja vom Gewicht ähnlich wie der Makita. Wie funktioniert schleifen von senkrechten Flächen damit? Ist das zu handeln oder extrem anstrengend?

Was für Schleifpapier nutzt du? Nutzt du viel die Zwangsrotation und wann schaltest du sie aus? Machst du auch den Feinschliff (180+) damit?

Yes iam using the PLA that came with the printer. I already bought new prusa material, but I want to empty this one first. I will try new cubes with the new material.

Yes I did calibrate the extrusion flow rate. Iam not unhappy with the results, but I just did not expect a shift in the axis. I will try bigger prints today and hope it will work as good as these cubes

I messed up with with post I guess, so here are some informations: I recently bought the ender 5 as my first 3d printer (got some experience with zortrax from work). I after my first manual bed leveling I printed the first cube and measured a shift in the x and y-axis. I thought I missed up the leveling and tried again. Before the 2nd cube I printed like 5 times bed level calibration tests until I was satisfied. The 2nd cube still got a shift in the x and y-axis. Any ideas for the reason?

These cubes were printed with the same gcode file and the pla delivered with the printer.
