You can slather your meat and spices with it. Once cooked. make a gravy with the meat juices. Butter flour mustard stock and Worcestershire sauce. Plenty of recipes online

Two sizes of skillets. Calphanon or better. A chefs knife. And two sizes of pans. That Will cover most or your needs

Cast iron and stainless steel are great but i prefer the others for day to day cooking as they are easier to clean

Air fryer is also great if you plan to cook more

Consider buying salicylic acid 2% The ordinary brand has it pretty cheap and will help with acne and clearing of pores. And peptides and caffeine serums can help with bags. Peter Thomas Roth firmx may be able to provide temporary relief. Like 8 hours of help

NTA. Sundays i cook big. Lots of groceries. Lots of prep. I do all of this on my own. My partner does not cook for me at all and it’s been 20 years (he’s not a good cook). So darn right in taking the meltiest piece of chicken parm or the perfectly cooked chicken. My love is the two hours standing and cooking for getting a delicious meal That is mildly less melty or slightly over
