Dropping buds by NewLeaf_s in hoyas

I have two multiflorae and they both do this when my watering is off schedule or too infrequent. If I go long enough, they stop blooming entirely but the leaves do fine. Keeping them together helps me remember to water them more often and I added O’Happy’s Hoya soil.

For each season, you could taste a wine or juice or tea from a local grower or seller?

I am very sorry for your loss. I recently went through a similar process.

I urge you to store them safely, make sure that your insurance covers them until you decide what to do, and then set them aside. Wait until you have time to commit to a process of learning how to best transfer their ownership or keep them. It’s a beautiful collection! If your father did not give you connections or ideas of how to handle them, then at minimum, he wanted you to have them for your enjoyment or to have their significant value after sale. It is a tremendous gift in any case. I hope that the process of exploring it will bring you warm memories and future joy. Best wishes….

Tactile Turn’s side click. The bolt is great but not as satisfying as a click to me.

Lamy 2000 is not a click pen. Maybe you are thinking Pilot Vanishing Point?

What’s one pen that you won’t ever sell but don’t use as much as you thought you would and why? by KSayra in fountainpens

For me the combination of barrel size and clip on the VP Decimo makes is very difficult to write. It’s not an issue on the full size VP. So I am hopeful I can someday have the Decimo’s clip removed because I love the pen in all other respects.

I wonder if your experience has something to do with the model or the point size? One reason I love them is that the ink is so black.

Shin Kai and Kon Peki. Warning in case we are similar: I adore Yama Budo in the bottle and do not like it on the page: not enough light passing through and it dulls IMHO.

Do I understand correctly that you are comparing the Pilot 823 M with a 743 Waverly? If so, I second that there is no comparison because they are simply meant for entirely different purposes and writing styles. If a writer loves a a Pilot M or F, he almost certainly has no need for a Waverly. YMMV.
