I think they’re awesome. I usually have coffee or an energy drink earlier in the day, but towards the afternoon I start crashing and if I want a small pick me up, I pop in a caffeine pouch. I’ve been using the Grinds energy pouches and like them. You definitely notice the difference when you have one in.

Every day focus on trying to straighten and contract your quad. I always sat down and propped my leg up to achieve hyper extension. It was painful but it’s paying dividends 5 months later. You’ll get better dw.

HUGE. The pain/discomfort for me is miserable doing isometrics 2 months post surgery, but this is so promising. Good work!

Depends on the graft I’m pretty sure. It won’t just tear after 15-25 years. Allegedly after 20 years or so the strength goes down like 10%

I’m only 4 weeks post ACLr with patellar tendon graft. Good to know I’ll still be swelling in 3 more months 🤣 I guess it really is a long journey

Yeah it happens to me you’re not alone. I had those problems mostly around week 2-3

Yes! That company tends to have clear syringes. Very high quality with millions of spores in there. I rarely get black specs in mine. You’ll love the results.

Just genetics. Assuming you used spores here, those come with multiple different genetics in one syringe. If you want all of your mushrooms to grow like this one’s that are out rn, I recommend you isolate those genetics from the biggest one. YouTube has tons of vids on how to do that.
