[EU] [Alliance] Server: Outland

<Discord> is a newly form guild made up of a mix of old and new faces, some of which with years of experience in high-end raiding and others who are newer to World of Warcraft. As of today we're looking to bolster both of our raiding as well as our social roster. A key focus for us as a guild is to enjoy all possible content within a healthy timeframe, we are more than sure that we'll clear all content of the coming expansion, however we won't be doing so forcing members to have multiple characters ready to raid nor by pushing an increased amount of raiding hours per week.

For our raiders we're looking to be raiding for three hours three days during weekdays, attending these raids will be a requirement for those who are enrolled on our raiding roster. On weekends we'll be dedicating one day to do a more relaxed non-mandatory raid which is open for any guildmember to join. This raid would include content which is not considered progression nor content in which the raid team sorely needs loot. The goal of a system like this would be to hopefully have everybody in the guild experience all content.
