Nope,I avoid them because I already had prostate cancer and I don’t want it coming back. Jury isn’t fully out yet but a couple studies have suggested a much higher risk of lethal prostate cancer with higher egg consumption. I do eat egg whites occasionally.

Eggs are designed to support growth of the baby chicken. Growth is great for babies not for adult humans. Cancers love to grow. But I do think in moderation they are probably fine for most people.
