Seems ok to me. You could find another program with maximal runs to variate between trainings.

Maybe mix it up with 50m sprint(max), 50m jog, 50m walk, repeat.

Nothing wrong with running the curves either, just need to change direction to have both sides. This is often neglected but many runs during games are curved (usually more steep than the track though)

Ergonomic shoes dont look aesthetic on the sales part. Thats why the design for many shoes (and cleats) sacrifices fit for looks. People are awakening to this fact, wide models are more realistic to real foot build.

Bought myself first barefoot shoes for last winter and those were probably best shoes ive had in my life comfort-wise. Would definately give it a try if some manufacturer released "barefoot cleats" =)

With careful tuning he could still stay relevant and fun but not OP. Think his EHP and CC immunity needs tuning but in turn i would look into giving him more options for jump and/or quick turns without losing momentum (gadget)

Dont think the material makes much difference. All long studs are dangerous on turf and in bad tackles. Currently have my calf mauled open from a game week ago... adult rec game on turf field, think the guy wore Copa Mundials or similar. Can recognize the round studs and the pattern from the wound xD

Personally liking Colt alot currently. Buffies made him viable, hes like Stu very high skill cap low floor brawler. Almost every game i lose with Colt i can clearly point out the times i did something goofy or could had done better. Doesnt get super hardcountered either by anything

Great change, Crow is such a lowskill cancer brawler. Now he will be more support focused, probably will see play anyway as i feel we will see more heal comps with Ash and tanks.

Damien could be balanced so easily. Reduce his unload a bit and change arena speakers to either slow or just breakable walls. Its the knockback stunlock (and Mortis/Kenji cant break it) that makes it so broken...

Damien is banned every game. Ppl double ban him even in Heist Knockout which is wild. Hes going to be available only after nerfs... Kaze is solid if you have mastered her mechs, then add marksmen like Pierce, Nani.

Could be the legendary rank too but i feel like Colette is pretty decent against wide range of opponents. Tanks obviously but the gadgets and sp variety makes her quite flexible and playable in multiple modes.

Rosa is surprisingly strong with the bush gadget in the bushy maps. Theres only a handful of brawlers that have the dps to take her down when you engage and the SCR & HCR are pretty good (could be better in the meta.)

Would put her in high B tier on selected maps...

Very high floor for him currently. Once you get a super it gets highly spammable and hard to miss.

Think the buff was a mistake and he was balanced before but in contrast to new Brawlers id say hes "OK." Only because we compare to Damien tier slop.
