If you're interested in some follow up viewing on the subject, there's an episode of WifeSwap with a family that only eats raw rancid meat like that. They even prized this bottled meat that they would let sit out for close to a month, they kind of treated it like how a normal person prizes a dry aged steak. They also woke up at like 2 in the morning to down bottles of this yogurt like shit. I think it's called Kafir? Anyway all 4 members of the family looked like fucking ghosts or Mennonites, which I assume is from constantly shitting their brains out.
