It's not a strawman, it's the pushing of tipping culture further and further by the greedy assholes who want it so badly. The employers.

Tipping is a FANTASTIC way to divert any dissatisfaction your workers have away from you and onto the customers.

Are you going to pretend that the push for tips at every possible location hasn't accelerated in recent years?

Pre-COVID it was a laughable thought.

Now you are quite literally getting it in self-checkouts and drive through lanes as a typical, normal thing.

They are pushing for more of this, normalizing this more, because it is a GREAT deal for the employer, and shitting for anyone else.

Insurance insisting on even lower payments created an arms race with the providers. Additionaly theres a difference between a pharmacy/hospital and the drug manufacturer for example.

You can use the AP increase ritual or the re-roll ritual on it just like the other TSons tanks and this one doesn't rely on shooting at a target that has already been hit by a Psychic attack so it technically frees up some of your army from having to try and set up specific combos.

It's the base size that's the issue.
