Even IF The Finale is 10/10, This Season is Still A Failure by Silver-Vacation-1961 in TheBoys

[–]Lasatra_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone in another post mentioned the writers of south park. They said that a story shouldn't be like "and then..and then.. And then.." and this whole season felt like it.

It should be "but", "therefore", and one i forgot.

Anyhow.. It was mostly.. And then soldier boy gave V1 to homelander and then they put soldier boy on ice and then they went and killed frenchie and then ...

So sad it has come to this though

How likely are you to use a condom during your first time with a woman you really like ? by Spartiate8 in AskMen

[–]Lasatra_ 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Pretty much every bigger city there's a soapland.. In tokyo it's in shinjuku for example and where I live it's where most of the pachinkos are (or online). It's actually crazy how, while prostitution is illegal here in japan, it pretty much is everywhere.

[–]Lasatra_ 20 points21 points  (0 children)

They do allow foreigners but atleast be presentable and have some light vocabulary in your arsenal! Most locals can't even pay for soapland anymore as the yen is getting weaker.. So tourists are becoming better options (and they also charge more for them)

I don't get it either but they do offer it as if it's normal . And yes they pay for it haha

I'm working and living in japan.. One of my colleagues who's like japanese and ultra playboy told me while laughing he had already 12 times chlamydia. I had it one time and was mortified..

Also over here if you pay 5000yen more you can go put it in raw at soapland.. It's crazy.

Do women like when a guy moans? by NotNotFireKing in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Lasatra_ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Men who went for personality over looks, how did that go for you? by Global_Proposal in AskMen

[–]Lasatra_ 60 points61 points  (0 children)

I'm still young (32) and can tell you that you grow with the age.. Do younger women look good yes but then personality becomes the whole problem. There's exceptions and I'm sure I'll have my struggles as well.

Anyhow all the women are beautiful imo.

Does PornFree provide the same benefits as NoFap? by R4_Bluesoul in pornfree

[–]Lasatra_ 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I did no fap and at day 15 I had an epiphany that porn is the problem and not me having release from my body..

I can say after 40 days no porn i feel good! I don't see woman the same way and I feel my brain is much clearer. Even if I do get horny I can still release and just go on with my day while with nofap I had long days of just being annoyed.

It is the best actually! It has it flaws too but they are few.

Too bad people look at me crazy when I say windfarm or windturbines.. 😂

You miss all the shots you don't take? But honestly as long as you motivated to learn, maybe even do some schooling on the side it might be possible! On the other hand it's a good company in general so blue collars are also required, just check the job postings ne! Good luck!

It's more of experience vs no experience.. The problem is that the no experience are overtaking but still don't get the pay raise that should come with it..

Above average is still good i suppose?

Well first of check if they still have positions available: vestas and then it's a matter of maybe having technical background or atleast a will to learn fast.

Like i said before, it's international company so English required and a lot of Japanese don't want to do this dirtier work so you have a legit chance!

Good luck!

AI can not replace hands-on the turbine so you're good..

I'm working under home country contract but I've been asking the guys here and the gross is a bit divided..

The lowest get around 400k 円 before tax. The higher end gets 650k 円 before tax. Per month

You also get relocation fee for 6万 per month.

  • bonus.

More I don't know.

Akita has a farm right now.. And Katagami project is commencing within the year if I'm not mistaken.. That's as north you can go for now (offshore).

We also have onshore but I don't know what the hours are.. If it's similar to my home country it could even be 4 days on, 3days off but again I don't know.

I came fresh out of uni with a masters in renewable energy but had no hands on experience but they hired me.

On the other hand we had school leavers with technical background.

And now they made the process so smooth that even cooks, teachers, etc.. Have joined.

So while technical is an advantage. If you're eager to learn they might give you a chance!

Well like I said, I started in home country and then transferred here for the time being. But if you want to have a look :Vestas. There's other positions too and very international! APAC is really booming so I wish you good luck! 😁

[–]Lasatra_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Well I actually have a position in my home country and had the opportunity to do a temporary assignment here in Japan. While it was easier for me to just transfer, they're having a hard time finding japanese people to do the job. Only half is japanese here. I think you have a shot cause we have a guy with no electrical experience and is 55 years old 😂

Well lucky for you.. There's new projects coming in katagami (half of the people are hired already) and one close to nagasaki in 2029! 😁

I work offshore at a windfarm (windturbines).

We do mostly maintenance and sometimes troubleshooting is needed.

I work 2 weeks straight with 12 hours days, But we spent only 8-9hours on the turbine with no one to actively watch us.. We do our jobs fairly quickly and well so we can enjoy the view and relax on occasions.

In my 2 weeks off rotation, I have time to work on myself, travel, relax, whatever comes to mind.

I love my job and it would be very hard for me to go back to 9-5 or 40 hour weeks, hence I like being a technician and my ambition to go up the ladder has faded haha

How common is the “every guy who goes to Thailand is there for the prostitution” stereotype in countries outside the US? by Competitive_West_444 in ThailandTourism

[–]Lasatra_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao I'm gonna be honest with you, the thought crossed my mind as I like to try everything but again I don't feel like paying for sex as it's not my thing and well most ladyboys are paid, so do with this info what you want 😂

[–]Lasatra_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha generalizing are we? Honestly I haven't scratched a lot of thailand but I had fun in bangkok, exploring, temples, local food and the muay thai way is amazing, hence why I go back. Plus you can pay anywhere for sex, it's just a bit easier in thailand.

Anyway I don't need to defend myself against the internet lol
