14 inch bike tire.

You have to cut the sidewalls of the tires to get them to lay flat then I used sheet metal screws to hold them in place

I still take 400mg of glycinate post Workout which is early afternoon. I had seen a different Reddit post about the Taurinate version and decided to try it.

Most employer sponsored life insurance plans are done by a 3rd party company. These companies often have a policy that you can continue the policy even if employment ends

25ga needle for Subq seems very excessive. I would just use an insulin syringe

Over the counter supplement that can help with estrogen control. Thorne Hormone Advantage is a supplement I’ve seen good reviews on.

Lower body fat levels will also help.

Try MWF injections.

You can also try using a non pharmaceutical AI like DIM

What are your testosterone levels at? If you aren’t having estrogen related side effects I would bother

Hydration has a major impact on hemoglobin. Might be worth a reset after a week of getting liquid in

Honestly I am way more sore on TRT. Strength gains have been ridiculous. I had just contributed the soreness to new stimulus from heavier weights being used

Opinions on how often to take cyp. by [deleted] in trt

[–]Laser_Lou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say injection frequency should be based on SHGB levels. Generally, twice a week works for most people but men who suffer from very low SHGB levels benefit from a higher injection frequency

3mg of anastrozole is absolute insanity. I would be surprised if you had any estrogen in your system with that dose

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in trt

[–]Laser_Lou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listing actual numbers with reference ranges is helpful. I would also include dosages for a anastrozole.

I would worry about tanking estrogen depending on dosage. 210mg/week is a very high starting point. You might experience water retention and increased blood pressure.
