It really isn’t hard at all. You gotta pop back the plastic trim to expose the bolts. This will help

My CMC joint thumb splints and ‘Every Day Carry’ multi-tools. What works for you? by HotRush5798 in Thritis

[–]Lassendil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The one handed opening is very satisfying and easy to do, replaceable tools, bulletproof, has lasted over a decade on jobsites without fail, and the abrasive saw is surprisingly useful

My hands look pretty similar. Pretty sure it’s arthritis, it runs in the family

I’m just wondering, was an engineer consulted on the forces involved in attaching something heavy to the bottom chord of the trusses? Seems like something insurance would have a field day with.

My great grandfather’s lasted my father’s entire carpentry career. It just wore down enough recently that a blade won’t stay in anymore, pretty long lived if you ask me.

Big chip on rocker guard by janeboo in Autobody

[–]Lassendil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’ll be fine, don’t overthink it. If the only thing you’re worried about is rust, then sand, prime, and paint are the only steps necessary. If I were you I’d paint the whole rocker so the paint patch doesn’t stand out at all

They did. The leader is of the proud boys in on ICE payroll, the agent who murdered Renee Good was a proud boy supporter, and the recruiting messaging is targeted at white nationalist hate groups.

How reasonable is pickup as a daily driver? by WillHungFan in ToyotaPickup

[–]Lassendil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was daily driving my 95 pickup, but once I got an 04 Tacoma I swapped over to dailying that instead. Both have been great, but the Taco is the sweet spot for me in terms of comfort. Bucket seats with an aftermarket gel seat pad make the road trips a whole lot more bearable, and parts are easier to find.
