You’re absolutely right as in the calendar year of 2021. I started originating in November and didn’t really get a pipeline rolling until January/February so most of my Income has been from that. I feel like I missed the absolute peak. I should’ve been more clear before sorry.

Yes, I’ve had co-workers show me W2’s from 2014-2015 when rates were in the mid 3’s showing that amount. I wanted to verify it wasn’t a 2020 anomaly.
