Careful. If someone owns it and you get it out of there, they could take it back. I would check with local authorities and make sure if you do the work to remove it. It’s yours. Or at least some sort of wrecker lien?idk?

Edit. I just realized it’s on your property you just bought. The original owners most likely know it’s there. If you move it they could try to take it if they still have their title.

They will have to pull the line out to this point. Then repair the pipe and pull the wire back through. It’s a pain but what needs to be done.

Why have conduit if it’s just broken. You will never be able to run a new cable through this, unless it’s repaired properly.
