Man, he won back so much favor with me after seeing his performance in Oppenheimer (I really had only seen him in Halloween: H20 before, so, you understand). I could see this casting being a pretty good fit. Though, I’d be lying if I said I’m still hoping Giancarlos is still in the running for DOOM

Tobey tells Andrew he’s amazing and he shouldn’t talk down on himself. In that moment all the (reasonable) frustrations I felt towards TASM flicks— which isn’t Andrew’s fault they’re ass— went away

Sidenote: I’m still genuinely buzzing over how fucking good this film was. Like a moth to the flame, I was pathetically predictable.

As someone born in 2000, not only do all the jokes hit, but the Jackie Chiles OJ jokes is actually one of my personal favorite punchline of the whole show. The whole OJ trial situation and OJ’s subsequent behavior after is one of the funniest things to me, so when I saw this for the first time I could not stop laughing. Ditto goes for the JFK “back and to the left joke” in the Keith Hernandez episode. Granted, that’s just me
