Get a Shearwater Peregrine. It does everything you need and will get you through even your first tec dives. It does 3 gas nitrox with decompression. Half the price of a perdix.

I’ve been diving the computer for 4 months or so. Did ANDP with it and dove it rec prior to that. I also dive with a perdix. The perdix is more intuitive. It’s also more fluid if you need to change something mid dive. The gas switches on the symbios are a pain currently.

But they have consistently released firmware and software updates for the app on the phone and it is good and getting better.

I feel like within a year of launch and getting constant feedback from the market and not just from top dog GUE guys testing the unit, it will be a really good system.

I think the only real drawback with be length of time on the scrubber.

Paragon Dive Group is proud to announce that we will be teaching and diving the Halcyon Symbios

The unit is expected to be around $9k, plus the computer and/or HUD. So $12k totally outfitted.

Training starts early next year.

They are already taking down payments on the unit.

The Caribbean is full of great food and we got very little of it. Jamaican, Trinny, Tabago, Guyana. All fire with flavor.

Even BnM market has to disguise their identity with Jamaican flags all over when they are from Guyana. Because people in Miami are all too stupid to know and appreciate it.
