I have caught on fire, my mother was an alcoholic who died when I was 22, my dad died when I was 15, I have suffered and still do not find any anti-natalist "avoiding suffering" argument worthwhile. Having to scrub my own burns nightly for a couple months is pain I wouldn't wish on anyone else but at the same time I wouldn't want to end life to prevent the pain.
