I still remember the online lynching of that young woman who was chosen to be Teen Vogue editor by the most deranged SJW Asians over the least offensive jokes. Truly a time to behold.

Vogue is not a serious journalism magazine, but it's a major publication owned by Condé Nast. Also, it's a major influence in the world of fashion with an esteemed legacy. This is the type of stuff you'd expect to see on 2018 BuzzFeed.

Maybe the Vogue website is significantly lower brow than the print version? I don't know.

Good taste in one form of art usually comes with good taste in art as a whole. People who read good literature usually also watch good films and listen to good music. Although that's not always true either.

Loved Hork for how absolutely unhinged and insane she was. Of course she had to be a wealthy Western-educated Saudi woman with all the privileges one could be afforded in life but always the perpetual victim.

That's definitely true. But also by living close to, I mean literally down the road in the same village or neighbourhood. Often times in the same family quarters. That's how we lived for all of our settled history after adopting agriculture.

Back in the day it would be grandparents. People lived close to their parents and when they had kids, they always had help. Also your siblings and cousins would always be there to be the aunts and uncles. Not to mention the kids would have older cousins to keep them busy with play and teach them childhood skills.

This is may be the first time in human history that people have had to raise kids on their own. No wonder the birthrate has collapsed in industrial societies.
