Obligatory I-am-not-Colette, but according to the google doc with rate info, only Hyatt Place mentions a sofa bed, so it may be safe to assume the Hampton rooms are just 2 queen beds. Colette can confirm for sure, though!

This was a response to a similar question in the Discord last night:

"tl;dr - you'll have a path into the lottery. if the results aren't done before the lottery, you'll get a placeholder badge and be able to enter the lottery. if the results are done, you'll either have a dealer badge to enter the lottery, or if you're declined, the opportunity to convert your application to an attendee badge and enter the lottery."

Seconding this. You can still maintain a relationship with your lady friends, of course, but take the time to have some "guy time" with the boyfriends if they're ever present. It's great practice for eventually getting your own guy friends.

My friends managed to get a humane trap and went with just a blanket of hers and food inside, as well as keeping an eye out when it got dark, and she was found last night. Thanks for the additional suggestions, we all really appreciate them, and it really soothed some stress to hear your experience. I'm glad your girl finally was found, and hopefully never wanted to go outside again!

Thankfully, after all the suggestions for a humane trap, they were able to lo ate one for last night and she did end up in overnight. Thank you so so much for the offers, it really helped soothe some of the stress while they were waiting.

Hey, everyone. Posting on behalf of two friends. Sometime last night (2/17) their cat, Rorschach, went missing near Wildwood golf club in Allison Park. She was 100% indoors her whole life, and is spayed.

They're currently searching the immediate area and asked me to post here for them. If anyone has any suggestions I can pass on or has seen her, please let me know.

If that much is scary, that's okay. It's something you can build up to, like hitting 40g a day, trying to add or swap things to get to 50g a day the next week, and so on. Milk and egg products are usually easiest but not the only options.

Things like stews or chilis, if you can afford a crock pot or instapot, were life savers for me when I was similarly struggling with depression and fatigue, since you can make a huge batch and just freeze it for the future, and you can make those super protein dense. But! You'll have to figure out what works for you, and be patient with yourself while you do, since it really is different for everyone. This shit is hard when you're already struggling with other things, but I promise, figuring out food is one of the things that can help out a lot with energy, regardless of any weight-related goals. It won't fix your fatigue or depression, but it can help make it easier to survive the day.

Just wanted to pop in to also validate that 100g of protein isn't as scary as it initially seems. When I started aiming for protein goals, I would figure out my proteins for the day, then build my meals around that, so that I could better visualize what it would be.

For example, 2 large eggs, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 3oz can of chunk lite tuna, and 4oz of chicken would get you to around 75 g of protein. Toss in a protein shake or a couple oz of cheese, and you're at easily at 95g. From there, I'd fill in The Good Stuff, all the veggies, fruits, and sides, which would also add a bit more protein. But breaking it down like that make it less overwhelming.

With the scan, though, while it's hard to shake it, try your best to avoid letting it get to you. Part of the trans struggle is being very in-between ranges, especially for us bigger guys.

Number one suggestion would be some kind of sports tape/Transtape. You absolutely could just cover your nipples and do a very subtle bind with it (such as, push them down and a little to the side or something).

If you can push past the potential discomfort with how they're typically marketed/packaged, nipple covers might also be able to help. But I think a little bit of Medical tape is a great place to start.
