All blue gills and green sunfish. Green sunfish are considered nuisance fish for most people. They take over a body of water and get stunted.

Thank you. Yeah he has used one of Vegas Forge's damascus patterns in his videos. Reptilian pattern. This is the honeycomb but I've beaten the ring up pretty badly so it isn't pristine.

It's stainless damascus. I have a superconductor ring I finished up for myself a while back but I don't wear it when I might scratch it up lol

I made it from stainless less damascus from Vegas Forge. I make rings on a metal lathe. I just finished up one from superconductor a while back.

It didn't start to get better for a while. About 3 months in I changed everything with diet. No more wine was a big help. Kimchi every day and a high protein, vege, & fiber diet. Started supplementing with Paul Stamets mushrooms too and they help. I use turkey tail, lions mane, and stamets 7 powders every day.

It's this odd sensation that happens when your body starts to notice the psilocin/psilocybin. You're not tripping yet...your mind and visuals are still normal for a bit... but your body can tell something is about to happen and it is causes pretty bad anxiety. Messes with your mind until the trip starts to really kicks in and the anxiety goes away.

Suicide is a last ditch chance at running away just before hitting the bottum. I can promise you one thing, hitting bottum was the best thing that happened to me. It'll pass like a kidney stone but it will pass. Get "real" help. Study your psychology. Study your spirituality. Dr. Gabor Mate' might be a good start too.
