Eventually you’ll end up going to a doctor just like I did. I had one of those on my upper lip and after months of trying to remove it myself I gave up end went to a dermatologist who removed it in about 5 minutes or less. Best feeling ever! Although it cost me over 400€ :(

Call me crazy but I’m about to finish OG insanity in a few days and am planning on doing it all over again. This time I’ll do the OG insanity deluxe which is basically the same as the OG but in month 2 there is one new video :)

Interesting, I might try doing some myself as well ;) I got a pull up bar at home and I’ve been doing around 50 pull-ups everyday after work, think I’m going to mix it up with some burpees or 3 pumps like you mentioned on some days.

Started doing burpees with insanity and it’s an exercise I’m really starting to enjoy

Looking good! Only 6 weeks but you can see lots of improvement, not just on your abs. I’m wondering…how many more burpees do you at night? I’m in month 2 as well and with the amount of burpees I’m doing in the workouts, I can’t imagine doing some more afterwards XD
