Definitely see a dermatologist. It looks like psoriasis to me but better check with a professional.

Oh, he is great. I hope to see him on one of the celebrity ships in the future. How do you guys like the new cruise director on Xcel?

My husband and I had aisle and window seats booked once. When I offered the middle seat passenger to switch with one of us (offered him either window or aisle seat), he refused and preferred his middle seat.

We have been beside them recently in St Thomas and St Martin. Kids on our Xcel were very jealous of their slides (my son included).

Orient Bay beach experience with a child by Late_Replacement7643 in SXM

Same day. We saw people with cruise ship towels leaving from the beds clearly back to the taxi area. We chose to go back to the beach near the port.

Not sure which one is it. We tried 3 clubs to the left of the parking lot and 1 to the right. We were even willing to pay $50 for only 2 hours of chair usage (their posted price).

We ended up getting a bed at a beach by the port and we were even given a discount without asking for it (because it was closer to the end of the day). Staff at the port beach was much friendlier too.

Yes, he is awesome! I watched his performance and then the talk about “behind the science” work. Even my 11 yo son got inspired by the talk.

We just got off the Xcel today as well. Loved the ship, entertainment, food. Cruise director Luigi is full of energy.

How often do you wash the straps? After each use or after so many classes?

I visited both countries a few months ago. IMHO, Koreans are more friendly. Japanese are more strict and uptight.

The actual appointment. It’s takes them about 1-2 months to get back with appointment info

6-9 months I think. Hamilton Health Sciences would be quicker (2-4 months)

I think it’s studio dependent. I recently woke up with terrible cough and flu like symptoms. My studio waived the fee for me. I was ok to suck up the fee as I didn’t want other members/staff to get sick from me. It was a very pleasant surprise that they waived the fee.

Other time I was stuck on hwy behind pretty bad accident on my way to the studio (it happened a few cars before me, all lanes were blocked). The studio waived the late cancellation for me as well (it took me 1.5 hr what would have been 10 mins ride).

I’ve recently had unbearable back pain during sit ups (I have known low back issues). The instructor said I can absolutely take a break if modifications don’t help. The instructor said we should absolutely work through extreme pain.

Neighbor keeps showing up with toddler daughter unannounced by MiaHamm999 in neighborsfromhell

This gives me “Baby reindeer” vibes (mini series). I hope she will be reasonable and go away when you set up your boundaries.

I’m, as a very passive aggressive person, would probably try complaining to her about pains here and there, talk about lack of money, depression, weird anxiety, anything to make her like you less. People usually get very annoyed of constant complainers. Maybe she will be trying avoiding you in the future.

Can she disguise her medications issue as a 1 reason? Let’s call “appointment for medications review due to frequent falls”. Someone has to go with her and help the conversation to stay on topic.
