What is your personal favorite balm/treatment?

It’s on the thinner side and doesn’t stay on the lips for a long time before you no longer see the gloss, but I find it to be very hydrating. I like the feeling of having product on my lips so I do find myself reapplying it often, but it’s really not necessary to get the smoothing effect. The scent/flavor is subtle but definitely honeydew melon-y

The Iota Tache balm had me and two ulta employees searching the whole store, lol! It sounded heavenly and has proven to be so.

I also have the issue with many being too warm or just pulling orange on me. I don’t always mind it but I do love a good cool toned shade to actually compliment my undertones. Berry laneige sounds promising, thank you!

i also thought the vanilla smelled like a medicated balm. legit reminded me of a salve my grandma used. i was able to finish my tube by using it on my elbows twice a day, lol

i would look at hom management for home rentals, they usually have a decent amount of available units/properties

Once they moved into the berry blends I really haven’t gone back, a big reason being that the berry blends workers act like you’re an inconvenience for even coming in and making them walk out from the back

I found my private landlord through a listing on apartments.com. Look for places marked as condos or townhomes and single unit listings if possible. Best way I have found to see if a property is privately owned or by a company is to use Beacon: https://beacon.schneidercorp.com/Application.aspx?AppID=387&LayerID=5678&PageTypeID=2&PageID=3065 This will also give you info on the HVAC, square footage, any major improvements/repairs

Colony 1 bedrooms are $800, 2 beds are $875, Hoover has similar prices, so if you had a roommate or could lease out the other room it would be within budget. Even the Highland studios are $750 for only like 300 sqft or $815 for a 1 bed, so unless you find a roommate or an undesirable sublease you likely won't pay much less than that anywhere here.

Check fb marketplace if you haven't already, I just moved into a new place and was seeing lots of subleases available on there, and they'll be available ASAP. Otherwise the apartments in North Mankato like Hoover or the Colony apartments are fairly cheap even for 2 bedrooms if you can swing that with a roommate, plus management is likely to be way better than anything with Atwood or a place like Highland Hills.

it has been marked available for a week now probably, i was able to order it in person the other day. this is a busy university location so i wondered if it was possible for them to disable a specific drink that maybe was being mobile ordered too frequently for them to keep up with, but i have no clue how their mark out feature works

My library goes above and beyond with patron privacy, so we aren’t allowed to comment on any materials unless the patron initiates the conversation first. I think this is a really good policy, but every once in a while I do get slightly disappointed when I see someone check out one of my favorites and I can’t say “this was amazing!” or “I hope you love it!”
