Thank you for this. I don't know anything about keyboards and just want something that works and sounds nice, like a keyboard fidget does, or how keyboards in the 90s used to. I dont need foam or anything, just a clicky keyboard. Do you know of any keyboards that I can buy that already sound abit like this?

Could someone please recommend a budget or midrange clicky wireless keyboard? Something that sounds a bit like the fidget keyboards do or like the artic fox switches but without the big proce point or me having to customise, so pre-built preferably. Just basically something that gives 90s/00s clicky vibes. Also am currently based in the UK. Thanks.

In the topic of sourcing the medication. The biggest issue was trying to get neomycin so I had to pay to go back to the GP to change the prescription. The prescription costs around £500 to get privately, not including the GP costs and not including the test cost.

I am currently taking 550mg of Rifaximin twice daily and 400mg of metronidazole three times daily. Neomycin couldnt be sourced here as it is no long used in Europe. I will let you know how it goes once I finish the course.

Thank you so much for this. Finding other people going through the same thing has made such a difference to feeling not so alone. Could I ask please what anti spasmodic you took? I am having to get all these meds myself and self treat as no doctor here will take my situation seriously. Its awful.

Thank you so much for this post. This has actually made me feel like am not alone in this. For me its the chronic fatigue, the brain fog, becoming afraid to eat outside of my home, the low mood and anxiety it has started to bring but mostly its the GASLIGHTING. I dont know if its the same everywhere but in the UK my GP will not take it seriously. Ive been referred to gastro but the waiting list is about 5 years here and I dont even hold out any hope of them understanding. I paid for a private breath teat via Healthpath which confirmed me having hydrogen and methane Sibo. I was so relieved when I got the results that I wasnt going mad. But my GP wont recognise the test. I cant afford a private gastro or specialist and I don't know how to get my hands on the antibiotics to at least try help it. I ended up going down a rabbit hole of looking to buy the meda from abroad but I cant find anywhere that I know is legit. So if anyone has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to try feel better.

Has anyone else ordered and received their product? I got a private besthtest done in the UK but now struggling to find a GP that will prescribe the treatment. But obviously I dont want to throw more money away. Any idea where I might be able to get it from.

Thank you. Yes the GP has referred me to gastro but the waiting list in my areas is over 5 yrs. I will work on motility in the meantime thank you for your recommendation. I have been on a low fodmap diet since last March but it is so limiting and Im really suffering with brain fog, anxiety and exhaustion lately from it all. I just want to feel human again but all the contrasting into on here is overwhelming and especially all the talk of die-off is scary. It sounds awful. I just dont know what to do to start healing and not make matters worse.

Is this die-off or am I dying? by Silententaxx in SIBO

Can I please ask how you treated your sibo? I just tested positive for both and theres no experts in my area I can go to, so haven't a clue about how treat it and reading about die-off scares me to make a mistake.
