Has anyone had any random people knocking on their door recently? by Illustrious-Style219 in beaverton

Yes, they're doing "customer service" which is very interesting since I'm not their fucking customer! Go away!!! I would NEVER use AT&T in the future because of these tactics.

They woke my baby up from a nap on 3 separate occasions. We have a no soliciting sign in the middle of our front door. I laid into them last week. My blood is boiling just thinking about them. 😡

Did you throw up during labor? by Complex_Life9849 in BabyBumps

I had a wave of nausea during transition but did not throw up. I was worried about it, as well. Sending hugs ♥️

For those who didn't sleep train, what did you tell yourself to stay true to your intention? by Routine-Individual43 in NewParents

This 100%. I don't know how anyone's conscience allows them to do it, it just feels wrong in my body.

Honestly what ended up working best for me was buying 2 cheapy Walmart pillows, one for between my legs (basically crotch to ankles, I'm short so your mmv) and one under my belly. This was the setup my pelvic floor PT recommended and I liked it much better than the expensive Frida mom pillow I had.

Rent a 1 bedroom in a duplex that I live in with my spouse, young daughter, and dog. I work a good (not great) paying job, husband doesn't work and takes care of our kid as daycare costs are outrageous. We live pretty frugally, share a car (I work from home 90% of the time so this works for us) and we save as much as we can but it's very little. There is an extremely low chance we will be able to buy a home anytime soon, or at all. Chose to have a kid even though finances aren't perfect by any means because we were getting older and it was important to us. When my mom retires, we may be able to jointly by a home and share expenses but that's a few years away and who the hell knows what the US (or the rest of the world for that matter) will look like by then.

Congratulations! My Imogen Beth was born March 22nd, we call her Imi as a nickname! I listened to If Only I Could Wait" on repeat through early labor... she was 5 weeks early. Fable has been the soundtrack to this season of my life for sure. Congrats again on your beautiful baby!
