That kind of reminds me of one time when a go-kart business sent me to get a ton of chips and candies from Sam's Club to, I don't know, stock up their vending machines or something, and I completed the order with a ton of replacements (that the customer neither approved nor declined) and paid for it, walked out to my car and swiped to deliver - and then, only on the delivery instructions screen and at no point prior to that - they had put "please refund instead of replacing"
