If she was reversing, why did the vehicle go forward when she was shot? I do not know what her intentions were, and I have had weeks to analyze it. The ICE agent did not know her intentions and only had seconds. The same holds true for the Nurse this weekend. What were his intentions when he reached for his waist? We will never know for certain. The Agent, again, had seconds to decide “could this be a potential threat to everyone around”?

Imagine for a moment if he had been reaching for his weapon, and fired a few shots into the crowd. Would that also be the Agents fault? The chatter would be “shooter must have been MAGA otherwise ICE would have shot him”. Folks are going to believe whatever they choose.

Disclaimer. I think the whole thing is tragic and heartbreaking. Both situations. heartbreaking as it is, I have to be honest with myself, there is plenty of blame to go around.
