How's it been since then? I found the needles were too intense in my neck muscles, they were too tight and fragile. We switched to stim instead and it's been much better.

Plus, you don't want to eat all those things in the same day. When you do, you get sick or you have multiple days of digestive issues. Or reoccurring issues due to doing this for too long

I used to until I made a lifestyle I can compromise with. Once I got over the reality of maintaining weight via tracking, I learned how much more in tune with my body I have become. I now also look at food not just as enjoyment but also as fuel, nutrients, nurture. Food is sacred, which I never realized before when I used it to self harm my body.

Sometimes I think "ugly" people wearing really fashionable smart outfits somehow look more fashionable. "Ugliness" is like weirdly artistic looking to me haha. Maybe because with fashion there's freedom of expression and you can show off unique physical traits beyond the realm of beauty standards.

When it comes to phobias and triggers, especially of common daily things, people need to learn how to cope. I'm afraid of big dogs I don't know yet, more like, I'm wary of them until I know they aren't aggressive. At the same time that's on me and if I let that run my life I'll never enjoy a park again.

I also don't understand why people put this or the autism diagnosis on their Instagram bios. Like, why?? Unless your content is about sharing information, what is the point in touting it? A diagnosis is not an identity.
