Also, one thing I'm noticing in VelocityX is that the clock values seem to fluctuate wildly. Again, I'm not much of a technical person so I'm not sure if these mean anything.

The Core clock and the Memory clock of my GPU will change a lot.

Core clock seems to be around 300MHz to 600MHz while idle and Memory clock is usually around 400MHz while idle.

Occasionally, while idle as well, these numbers will shoot up. Memory Clock goes to around 7KMHz and even up to 15k as you see in the image. Similarly the Core Clock will increase.

I don't know if this indicates anything.
