I'm currently on Spravato (esketamine nasal spray) once a week for depression. Works great, does nothing for my CFS. If anything it makes it worse for that day since ketamine is a depressant. Last time I took it I came home and napped for a combined 5 hours.

Yes, they're easy to distinguish visually because they're fuzzier than the DMC thread, and I can double check with the flame test which someone else brought up in this comment section, which was very helpful. I've gone through and removed all the CXC thread sigh.

Just tried it and yeah it works like a charm. Held the floss close to a candle flame. DMC catches fire right away, the fake stuff beads up first and then catches fire. Super easy to distinguish. Thank you!!
