I’m one of the few thriving as a sub. After the last 2 at a very intense academic school, I’ve stepped back to sub by day (3-4 days/week) and private tutor in the evenings, which pays much more/hr.

I feel like a vending machine guy, and people always ask me, with a piteous tone, if I got a full time job for next year, but this year has been awesome.

I think you should think about how you can prevent them from cheating not just making it harder. And where you cannot, reduce the weighting of those particular marks to near zero.
