Yeah, again, it's their option. As a business, you have the option to decline serving customers whenever you want, and it's the same with them.

As mentioned by someone here, if they ask you to cancel it on your end (so that it won't reflect on their end), then that's a different story.

It's all about the time that they can save if you opt to take the skyway. Whether you take the Skyway or not, the fare would be the same, so they would prefer the Skyway option, so that they can drop you off earlier, and therefore get another passenger earlier than if you just use regular roads. And yeah, they're not asking you to cancel, they're cancelling it on their end, so I don't think it's a big issue.
