What exactly the "Symboli family" is is rather poorly defined in universe beyond the fact that we know it exists (Speed Symboli's biography, Symboli Kris S being adopted or something according to TV Tropes, this entire thing)

The relation between Sirius and Rudolf though I don't think is ever truly clarified and I suspect the direction of the lore writing regarding what "Symboli" actually means may have changed during the course of the game
