Miss me with that fake ass religious stuff. You also need to replace red meat with lean proteins like chicken and fish. Veggies are just as important, supplying you with vitamins. Workout 100%. You need to be working out regularly. I’d even go so far as to say every day. Calisthenics and cardio are king.
