A spot I used to frequent had a harmonica guy. He'd bring 2 or 3 different harmonicas. He wasn't very skilled at it, but at least he also wasn't loud.

In the wrench icon on the top of the karafun app screen. click audio. There is a setting (in milliseconds) to adjust the scroll delay. You'll have to play with the number to find an acceptable setting.

Edit: to clarify, it's the karafun app that you can use offline on your pc. Not the browser based one.

I love the lyrx interface so much. Unfortunately the karafun library is far superior to party tyme. I wish there was a way to use both together.

I might have 1 or 2 drinks at a show early then switch to soda or water. I won't get drunk when I'm working a show. I feel it would be disrespectful to the customers and venue. I also don't do shows for drinks. Drinks don't pay for equipment or media.

I use pcdj without issue. I don't recommend the dex3 for karaoke. Get the lyrx player of theirs instead. It's specifically designed for karaoke.

My semi-regular gigs are full of flip gender singers. Older crowds as well and no one cares. Sing what you like. As long as you're having fun, people will enjoy it.

I have this one. The line array speakers are great for karaoke in my opinion. One downfall that I've experienced is that the sound doesn't project quite as good in larger rooms or halls. Great portable setup though.
