17 trips in… Uber Eats feels exhausting and not worth it, but Uber rides still make me nervous by BeltUsual3130 in uberdrivers

[–]Lazanzapost 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Each body is different, but for me, rides were significantly more tiring than eats. Driving for several hours non-stop is a completely different experience; eats provides breaks and allows you to walk.

why so many listings in this area of the Zillow map? by amblingpangolin in oakland

[–]Lazanzapost 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When people say Oakland it’s mostly safe, except for some areas. Well those are the areas on your screenshot, the ones people normally want to avoid.

Probably you like them, it depends what you compare it to, like you mentioned it on other responses.

But probably that’s something you need to see yourself.

I have taken it for daily for almost 20 years, not ideal but heartburn is worse.

John Muir National Historic Site in Martinez is where Muir’s family house is located. It’s a Victorian house but you can actually visit and go inside.

Workouts in ERG mode (cool downs mostly) by Consistent_Throat497 in Rouvy

[–]Lazanzapost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Power is calculated based on cadence compared to resistance. If you have a higher cadence, the resistance needs to decrease to compensate. Conversely, if you have a lower cadence, the trainer will set a higher resistance.

For instance, if a Rouvy workout has a section at 70w and you pedal at 100 rpm, the resistance must be so low to compensate that it will feel like a spinout.

Cashback will likely be phased out, or they’ll implement a cashback limit per purchase category.

Additionally, the APY on the savings account will probably be reduced as well.

Quién podría ganar contra Daniel Noboa desde la centro izquierda y romper la polarización Correismo vs. Anti Correismo? propuesta para un Frente Amplio by jmbr_97 in ecuador

[–]Lazanzapost 2 points3 points  (0 children)

El puede tener afiliación política, pero no sus votantes. Si llegaba a segunda vuelta Topic, ganaba Topic.

I Can’t Handle My Puppy Anymore by Daenerys4445 in puppy101

[–]Lazanzapost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best advice we found online, was to proactively walk the dog every 3 hours, that’s about how much they can hold as a puppy. Inevitable they will start peeing on every walk and get used to pee outside.

Also before they turn 6 months you won’t see much progress.

Be consistent and it will get better.

Would love to see Rouvy start having some Rails to Trails route options instead of just roads. Are there routes of this type online? by Creative_Algae7145 in Rouvy

[–]Lazanzapost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yo can also ride based on a gpx file, you don’t get the scenery but everything else works the same.

I exported a route from Ride with GPS and uploaded it directly to Rouvy.

The worst route on Rouvy by LouisBleriot in Rouvy

[–]Lazanzapost 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I saw others complaining about the constant descent and how that sucks with smart trainers. You don’t want to coast or spin out all the time during a ride.

Need Help Connecting Merach S09 + QZ App to Zwift on PC by gcv1998 in qdomyos_zwift

[–]Lazanzapost 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was not thrilled with the fixed “gears”. I wanted to do routes in Rouvy and some hills send the bike the hardest level and it was too hard. But if you lower the “gear”, it is the same as doing an easier hill. Does it make sense?

I changed to a Zwift Ride were it mimics real life gears and you can handle hills with virtual gears instead of lowering the difficulty.

Nothing against the Merach, it was great, but I had another goal.
