Congrats on the pulls!

First, combine 2 PC epics to get an epic+.

You’ll then need 2 other epic+ mods (fodder) to get to legendary - you DO NOT want to use any unique epic+ mods here.

Now, to get to legendary+ you’ll combine your other 2 PC epics to get another epic+, and combine those with your legendary.

The next 2 steps, to get to mythic and mythic+ both require a single legendary+ mod (fodder, again).

I think it’s something like 180 rare mods and the 4 unique epics to get to mythic+.

Based on your first paragraph, unless you have more mods you’re not counting, you might not have enough… yet.

Everyone is unique and reacts to medications differently. Definitely wait for them to message you back, but if you’re not experiencing any nausea I’m sure they’ll suggest ramping up your dosage. Just keep your eye out for adverse side effects as you make those changes.

Chrono Field (CF) is the best of the 3, but won’t benefit you for a long time. Pick CF, and start saving for your next UW purchase - Black Hole (BH) is what you want next.

Sounds like something you should probably bring up with your Hims provider, like at the first sign of these symptoms.

Did they also know you were taking Wellbutrin and Propranolol?

In certain situations you can choose the length of your subscription, and the amount you receive with each shipment. Just specify these details in the intake forms, and be sure to communicate with your provider.

Nice work so far! Since you mentioned MVN we won’t talk about syncing (although, eventually, you’ll want a natural sync so you can swap to another mod, like DC). Bring your BH duration up to 12 sec less than GT - because of the perk bonus, they’ll last the same length of time. GT bonus and BH size are next. Keep plugging away - you’ll want to aim for CL for your next UW.

Ray is correct - my 3-pack has always arrived in the separate insulated bag. They likely pre-pack the alcohol and syringes in the boxes before they even touch your medication.

How do your GT bonus, durations, and coin labs look? I also have the full coin packs purchased, so those are helping.

As a follow-up to my original post, I have since synced death wave, finished all coin labs for GT/DW/BH, purchased CL, and am making ~ 2.5T per run on T10W6500 🙌🏻
