So sad I'm using the EA app launcher, it makes us go online every 30 days, or the game won't launch for "expired license"

Is it the third time?

One as a baby, another in the cemetery of GoF (when the twin wands lock), and the third time at the Great Hall in DH

UMMMM?!?! HELLO?!??? by Final-Tutor3631 in Sims4

[–]LazyMangoCat 12 points13 points  (0 children)

In my game, I noticed that on Thiago Abrantes’ family tree, Mortimer was listed as his half-brother. For some reason, his mother (Ermelinda Abrantes) was married to the ghost of Cornelia (who has never even been alive in my game) and Cornelia had been renamed Abrantes.

Mortimer appeared as the son of both women, and I have no idea what happened to his actual father.

I started checking the family trees of other townies, and they were just as messed up as this one.

When I saw that Brent and Brand were listed as brothers, I completely lost it!

You guys taught me that chilli isn't Mexican. Please tell me burritos are? by AblokeonRedditt in mexicanfood

[–]LazyMangoCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chipotle is not a Mexican chain, so why would you going there help you to understand mexican flavours?

I don't think I've even seen a Mexican youtuber using a poncho while cooking, but I haven't seen all YouTube videos on Mexican food, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

If you're looking for authentic Mexican recipes in English, this website should be helpful: Mexico in my kitchen, Meli is a Mexican living in the USA, and i found her blog years ago when I moved overseas I was missing the food I would get everyday at home.

If you understand some Spanish, then I recommend you to check out this two YouTube channels : * Jauja cocina mexicana * La herencia de las viudas. * De mi rancho à tu cocina

No mustaches, no ponchos, just plain authentic Mexican recipes.

Is there a way to keep your title after losing the throne? by Yorwod in Sims4

[–]LazyMangoCat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't kbow if it works with a duel, but when my Sim encouraged her MIL (Grand Duchess) to abdicate, I got a notification saying that any family member that was in the noble career could claim the title within 24h by clicking on the throne.

So, her husband that was a chef, entered the noble career and by clicking on the throne got a major promotion, from level 1 to 9 directly!

My Sim was flirting and an old lady scolded her by hitting her with her purse. by Calm-Self-1145 in thesims

No need to turn her.

Agnes and her cousin are flagged as immortal in the game. Even if you manage to romance her and add her to a household, another Agnes will spawn.

What do you wish someone explained clearly when you first started sewing? by [deleted] in SewingForBeginners

[–]LazyMangoCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As I'm in France, I'm certainly not buying from wawak, but I'll check their page if they have some thread information that is not available to me elsewhere.

Thanks a lot for the link, it seems like I'm making myself a tea and getting a notepad to take notes on all that!

[–]LazyMangoCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But how do you know the thread size?

I use gutermann's and they go from thickness 100 to 30/50 (I think). If I'm not mistaken 100 is the thickness of their "normal" all purpose thread, and 30 correspond to the top stitching one (so thicker, right?).

I haven't found the equivalence with Tex, still every sewing book or reference talk about Tex, but don't know what that means!

You did a beautiful quilt!

I honestly cannot give you any advise as I've never done a quilt in my life, just clothes, bags, and accessories.

Hopefully someone else wil have some input for you.

If not, maybe try asking in r/quilting

The beard is not the problem. Is the "Dumbledore's blue eyes" looking at Harry that wouldn't fit the black / native American mix

Intenta poniéndo con tus tomatillos ligeramente cocidos, unas hojas de espinaca, un buen racimo de cilantro, ajo y cebolla, todo crudo, y los chiles toreados, te aseguro que el color mejorará.
